I received a Masters in Counseling degree from California State University in 2008 and I have over 14 years of experience providing therapy services to individuals and families throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego County. I'm Perinatal Mental Health Certified and have advanced clinical training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. I believe in identifying and addressing unmet needs that lie underneath mental health symptoms in order to bring about sustainable growth and change. I'm a lifelong learner and I am constantly seeking out information, consultation, and education that can help me better serve my clients. Services are integrative, thoughtful, informed, and aimed ultimately at helping you connect authentically with yourself and with those you love.
